Mike and his team from Wales Built were contracted by us at Sammut Group to construct a complex build called SEA in Cronulla.

This detailed project required a huge amount of programming, logistics and qualitycontrol communication with us and all the key Consultants in order to deliver the high end result which comprised of a two-level basement serviced by a carlift from Sweden, Internal lift from Schindler, an array of off form two dimensional curves in concrete, brickwork, custom bespoke joinery and finishes. The result being one of the best boutique developments in Cronulla, which boasts the highest quality of workmanship.

We contracted Wales Buit to build our high end Duplex in Cronulla in 2021 during a period in the building industry that was difficult to navigate. I have been involved in the building industry for over 20 years and have seen the work of many builders and I know what a good solid build means. It’s not what you see from the outside but what goes into the engineering, architectural design, quality of materials and the builders skill in combining all these factors.
